GT students at Cox Intermediate are served in every learning community through differentiation of the curriculum. The Conroe school district has adopted the use of the Texas Performance Standards Project (TPSP) which is used to provide enhanced academic opportunities.

Referral requests are now open for the Conroe Independent School District Gifted and Talented program and can be made by teachers and/or parents. They will be accepted through April 28, 2023. Summer testing will take place May 30 – June 1.
